Effective communication across cultures is essential in today’s globalized world. This course provides you with the skills and knowledge needed to navigate intercultural interactions with confidence. You will gain insight into how cultural differences influence communication and learn how to adapt your messages to diverse cultural contexts.
The course is taught in English by Shane Duff, a native English speaker who is also fluent in Danish. Shane is an experienced international business consultant and educator specializing in export strategy, global market entry, and cross-cultural communication. With a career spanning leadership roles in marketing, sales, and business development across Europe, Middle East & North America. Shane has a deep understanding of how to bridge cultural differences in professional and business settings. His expertise comes from working with startups and SMEs on international expansion, as well as lecturing at business schools and mentoring entrepreneurs on how to communicate effectively in global markets.

Who Can Join?
To enroll, you must meet one of the following requirements:
- A vocational education, high school diploma, or another relevant qualification
- At least two years of relevant work experience
If you do not meet these requirements, you may still be admitted through a competency-based assessment.
Optagelseskrav
For at blive optaget på en akademiuddannelse skal du leve op til følgende krav:
- Du skal have en erhvervsuddannelse, grunduddannelse for voksne, gymnasial uddannelse eller en anden relevant uddannelse på mindst samme niveau
- Du skal have minimum 2 års relevant erhvervserfaring
